Elsie was ruined for all other skirts by Mamma Made Design’s Friendly Frog dress. All of the girly skirts I bought at the thrift store for the dress up basket dull in comparison and are not acceptable. So I made them up a couple of skirts from some material scraps my friend gave me before moving away. They are definitely twirly.
